About CET

The Common Entrance Test (CET) is a competitive exam conducted for the purpose of admission of students to the first year or first semester of full-time courses in medical, dental and engineering courses in professional colleges the various states of India.

The professional colleges in the state offering such courses are affiliated with the state run universities and admit students through the CET annually. The fee structure varies from year to year.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification: (AS ON 01.07.2017)

Candidates check criteria given whether you can apply or not. Candidates who want to apply for any UG course the should be class 12th pass from a recognized board/university with at least 45-55% marks, To apply for PG course candidate needs to graduate in relevant subjects with at least 50-55% marks. Relaxation of 5% for candidates who are physically disabled candidates and SC/ST candidates belonging to Madhya Pradesh is provision.

To apply for any UG course the candidate must be class 12thpass from a recognized board/university with at least 45-55% marks

To apply for any PG course the candidate must be a graduate in relevant subjects with at least 50-55% marks

There is a provision of relaxation of 5% for physically disabled candidates and SC/ST candidates belonging to Madhya Pradesh

Candidates awaiting their final result can also apply, but they will be required to submit the final year mark sheet by August 8, 2018

Selection Process

DAVV CET 2018 application forms will be available on the university website between the scheduled registration dates. The candidates can apply only online.

STEP 1: DAVV CET 2018 Application form

The application forms will be available on the official website for aspirants to apply for DAVV CET. The forms need to be submitted before the last date along with the requisite application fee.

STEP 2: DAVV CET 2018 Admit card

Admit cards will be made available for download from the date notified in the admission schedule. Registered candidates will be required to download their respective admit cards from the official website by using their login credentials.

STEP 3: DAVV CET 2018

DAVV CET is conducted for various UG and PG courses. These courses are grouped in four buckets. The question paper for these four groups will be different. The candidates will have to complete the test within the stipulated time.

STEP 4: DAVV CET 2018 results

DAVVCET results would be announced online as well as offline. The candidates must download or obtain their scorecards, as it is a necessary document for Counselling.

STEP 5: DAVV CET 2018 Counselling

Counseling schedule and guidelines will be declared along with the result. Selected candidates will be invited for counselling according to their ranks. Each candidate is required to be present in person at the Counselling. In case of absence, the seat will be offered to the next candidate.
